Are there long‑term contracts?

No. All plans are month‑to‑month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you want a discount, we offer 15% off annual billing on all tiers — but it's an option, not a requirement. There are no cancellation fees and no data hostage situations.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?

Yes — instantly, from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next cycle so you keep the features you're already paying for. Locations and historical data carry over.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 14‑day free trial — no credit card required — so most customers never need a refund. After the trial, plans are month‑to‑month, so if something isn't working we'd rather hear about it and fix it than collect another month's fee. If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and haven't used the service substantively that month, email [email protected] and we'll make it right.

Are SMS costs billed separately? Do I get a separate invoice?

No separate invoice. SMS messaging is included in your Sondaggio subscription — we handle the infrastructure end‑to‑end. We provision your dedicated number and manage deliverability so you never need a separate messaging account. For very high‑volume practices (10,000+ surveys/month), we’ll talk Enterprise pricing instead.

Do you offer non‑profit, multi‑location, or annual discounts?

Annual billing gets you 15% off any tier. Multi‑site operators above 20 locations should look at Enterprise — pricing is volume‑based and usually lands meaningfully below per‑seat alternatives. We also work with educational and non‑profit programs case by case. Email [email protected].

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time, including after cancellation for 30 days. After that, we delete your data on a documented schedule (you can request earlier deletion). Enterprise customers can negotiate custom retention windows.
