The survey is designed for thumbs — large tap targets, simple rating scales, progress shown as "Question 3 of 7." Maximum 8 questions, average completion time under 90 seconds. Patients aren't asked to log in, create an account, or share PHI.

If they lose signal mid‑survey, their answers queue and submit when connectivity returns.

On Practice and Enterprise tiers, our REST API lets you trigger codes from your EHR/PMS, sync completion status, or feed structured satisfaction data into your data warehouse. Docs are clean and short.

A note on time

Most practices are live the same day.
